1. Scope and contact

High Demand Media operates this website. Contact info@highdemandmedia.com for privacy questions and requests. This notice covers visitors and quote inquiries. The separate CRM Privacy Notice covers HDM CRM accounts and customer workspaces.

2. Information and purposes

We receive the name, email, phone, company, language, service interests, budget and other details you submit. We use them to respond, prepare proposals, arrange conversations and deliver requested services. Hosting services also process connection and security information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the site.

3. Quote requests and communication

Submitting a quote request lets us respond to that request. Promotional emails require the separate, optional checkbox. We record that choice and its notice version with your inquiry; you can withdraw it by emailing us or using an unsubscribe option provided in a promotional message. Leaving the checkbox empty does not affect your quote request. Submitting the form does not authorize automated marketing text messages. Tell us if you prefer a particular contact method or want us to stop following up. We do not sell the contents of quote requests for money. Website advertising data may be shared with Google and Meta as described below. Customer CRM records are not used for HDM’s own campaigns.

4. Cookies and advertising choices

Necessary functionality and quote requests work independently of advertising tracking. This website uses an opt-out model: Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel load automatically unless you have turned off tracking or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. These tools can process page visits, device identifiers and confirmed quote conversions for measurement and advertising. Their recipients may use information under their own policies. Select Your Privacy Choices in the footer and Turn off tracking to stop optional tracking on this browser, including sharing for targeted advertising. Privacy settings open only when you select Your Privacy Choices; no automatic popup or acceptance step is shown. Closing these settings does not change your tracking preference. Saved refusals do not expire automatically in local storage; a fallback preference cookie lasts one year. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may require setting your preference again. Global Privacy Control overrides a prior enabled setting. Disabling tracking does not erase information already received by providers. These controls apply to this website, not independently to other websites or all devices.

The older Do Not Track signal does not separately change these settings. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). See the Google and Meta privacy policies for their practices.

5. Service providers and disclosures

The website uses Hostinger for hosting. Quote submissions are sent to HDM CRM and to FormSubmit to deliver our internal email notification. The CRM uses Render and AWS infrastructure. Optional advertising tools involve Google and Meta. Providers receive information needed for their function. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service or legal rights. Advertising disclosures can have special meanings under state privacy laws; our privacy controls let you decline optional tracking.

6. Retention and security

Inquiry information is retained for handling the inquiry, providing an agreed service, and necessary business or legal records. Retention depends on the status of your inquiry or service, applicable recordkeeping obligations and the need to resolve disputes. You can request deletion at info@highdemandmedia.com; legal obligations may require us to retain limited records. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security. Avoid submitting passwords or sensitive documents in the quote form.

7. Requests and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information or restriction of certain uses, and may have opt-out or appeal rights. Email info@highdemandmedia.com with your request. We may verify your identity using proportionate information and respond under the applicable legal requirements. If a request concerns a business using HDM CRM, contact that business first; we assist it with requests for data it controls.

8. Audience, links and changes

Our services are intended for business users, not children. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. External websites have their own privacy practices. Material changes will be identified with a new version and additional notice where appropriate. English and Spanish versions describe the same practices.
