HDM CRM Terms of Service
On this page
1. The service and agreement
These terms govern HDM CRM provided by High Demand Media to approved business organizations and invited users. A signed service order or commercial agreement defines the purchased package, pricing, term and support scope. CRM access may be included in a contracted advertising service; these terms do not promise free, perpetual or unlimited access. Contact info@highdemandmedia.com.
2. Invitations and authority
Only the CRM platform owner creates customer organizations and invites their initial administrator. Authorized organization administrators can invite their teams within their permissions. The initial administrator must be authorized to accept these terms and the Data Processing Agreement on behalf of the organization. Team members accept the terms governing their use. An invitation does not authorize access to another organization.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Use accurate account details, protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. Do not share passwords, bypass permissions, attack the service, upload malware, send spam, infringe rights or collect or use information unlawfully. Follow the rules of connected providers. Do not submit specially regulated information unless a written agreement expressly supports that use.
4. Customer data and intellectual property
The customer retains its rights in its records and files. It authorizes HDM and necessary providers to process those data only for contracted services, support, security and applicable legal obligations. HDM does not gain ownership of customer records. HDM retains its rights in its branding and service modifications; third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Access permits use of the hosted product during the agreed service term.
5. Organization responsibilities
The customer decides who can access its workspace, maintains appropriate permissions, obtains necessary permissions for its records and communications, and gives appropriate privacy notices on its own forms. The customer is responsible for lawful campaign instructions and messages sent using the service. The Privacy Notice and Data Processing Agreement explain the handling of personal information.
6. Integrations and support
Google integrations require separate authorization and can be disconnected. Provider limitations, outages or withdrawn permission can affect functionality. Do not rely on the CRM as the only copy of essential business information; use available exports. Features and support are subject to the agreed scope. No specific uptime, response time, sales result or advertising return is promised unless agreed in writing.
7. Service closure and export
The organization owner or HDM CRM owner can initiate closure under the commercial agreement. The organization receives 30 days of read-only consultation and export after closure starts, followed by scheduled deletion of active workspace data. Permissions still apply during that window. During those 30 days, the organization owner or the HDM CRM owner can cancel closure and reactivate the organization with its records preserved; Google connections require renewed authorization. Once the 30-day period expires, closure is final: the organization cannot be reactivated and HDM will not recover or restore its data. Export any records you need before the deadline. Security or legal restrictions may require earlier suspension; contact HDM to arrange an appropriate export where permitted. Backup and legally necessary record handling are described in the Privacy Notice.
8. Changes, disputes and applicable rights
Material changes will be communicated with an updated version and acceptance requested where appropriate. Contact info@highdemandmedia.com first to discuss a service issue. Applicable mandatory rights are preserved. Any governing law, venue, billing, renewal, cancellation charges or limitation of liability must be specified in the signed commercial agreement; those terms are not established by this page.
